Lagos Guide
10 Best Yoga Studios in Lagos, Portugal (2026)
A curated guide to every yoga studio in Lagos. No pay-to-play, no sponsorships - just what each studio does best and who it suits.
How this list was made
This list is based on class variety, teacher quality, studio environment, and what makes each studio different from the others. We visited every studio, took classes, and spoke to teachers and students. We do not charge for placement and we do not accept sponsorships. If a studio is on this list, it earned its spot.
Lagos is small. Most studios are within a 4-minute walk of each other in or near the old town. All teach in English. Prices range from €12 to €22 for a single drop-in. Every studio on this list welcomes visitors and short-term residents.
Heat Lagos - infrared-heated yoga, pilates & recovery
What it does best: Heat Lagos is the most modern and spacious yoga studio in Lagos. The space is purpose-built with plenty of room to move (15-20 people), brand new equipment, and the only heated classes in town. The heat comes from infrared panels that warm the body directly, not forced air that dries out your throat. Classes run at around 30°C, warm enough to deepen the practice without the oppressive humidity of traditional hot yoga.
What makes it different: Darker, hotter, fresh and chill vibes with a focus on results. Very experienced instructors. Most yoga studios in Lagos focus on spiritual, traditional styles - chanting, meditation-heavy sessions, and gentle flows. Very few offer genuinely challenging, modern fitness-focused classes. Heat Lagos is the exception. Every class is built around real physical results, not just relaxation.
Class types:
- Heat Sculpt: The most popular class. A tough fitness session that combines pilates, strength training, and high reps in the infrared heat. You will feel it for two days after. This is where you go when you want immediate results and a serious sweat.
- Heat Power: Demanding heated yoga with strength elements.
- Heat Flow: A more mellow heated Vinyasa. Good for when you want movement without intensity.
- Heat Yin: Long still holds in the warmth. Very popular for winding down after a heavy training day or a long surf session.
- Heat Pilates: A more precise and targeted class for learning technique and building supporting strength for your other life activities and hobbies / sports.
- Heat Mobility and Heat Recovery: For active bodies that need release and range of motion.
Who it is for: Active people - surfers, runners, cyclists, padel players - who want to sweat, build strength and mobility, and recover properly. Also excellent for beginners because the heat makes muscles more pliable and the teachers offer options for every level.
Price: Intro Offer €79 for 2 weeks unlimited. Drop-in €22. Vacation Week €59 for 7 days. Monthly memberships from €125.
InLight Studio - the most established schedule in Lagos

Algarve Alchemy - yoga, pilates, sauna & ice bath
What it does best: Alchemy is not just a yoga studio. It is a wellness destination. Class types: Yoga, pilates, somatic movement, special events, contrast journeys.
Who it is for: People who want wellness as a full experience. If you are visiting Lagos for a week and want one place that covers movement, heat, and cold, this is it.

Le Dome - bilingual yoga and pilates (English & French)
